Wine-harvest

Hand harvesting using the traditional methods of several sortings, picking only well botritized grapes

Wine making

Very slow pressing of botritized grapes. Fermentation in wooden barrels.

Ageing

In barrels for 18 months and bottled in the third year in our cellars.

Production
